Your Therapy Partner for Comprehensive Child Development Services.
Whether your child has a formal Autism diagnosis, and ABA therapy is the next step, or you're uncertain where to start, we can help.
Our Professional Development training can be tailored to meet the unique needs of the school or district and includes evidence-based information and training for applying behavior-analytic skills in the classroom.
Metro Therapy contracts with New York school districts, enhancing students' well-being through skill development for greater independence and safety.
After receiving a formal autism diagnosis for ABA, and connecting with our team, we'll start the process to verify your insurance, and contact information so that we're all on the same page from day one.
Once your insurance is confirmed, our team will then work to verify the level of coverage for ABA services. From here, we'll request authorization from your insurance provider to perform an initial assessment with your child.
Once authorized, our Board Certified Behavior Analyst assigned to your case will come to your home, observe the child, complete a parent/guardian interview, and reconfirm therapy goals for your child. During this assessment, we will give a recommendation for the number of medically necessary hours of therapy you can expect per week.
Sometimes, the hardest part to begin services is the paperwork. Thankfully, your Powerback Pediatrics team is the expert at sorting through the details. We're readily available to advocate for your child through every step of their care journey.
When you contact Powerback Pediatrics, you will speak with a Client Advocate who is trained to assist you through the process of starting therapy services.
Whether you need a diagnosis or are transferring from another company, we can help get everything squared away, giving you peace of mind.
