Powerback Pediatrics is Now a Proud Member of the Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP)

October 7, 2024-- We are thrilled to announce that Powerback Pediatrics has joined the Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP). The Council of Autism Service Providers is a non-profit association of provider organizations committed to evidence-based care. CASP supports its members by cultivating, sharing, and advocating for best practices in autism services.

The founders of CASP recognized the need for a strong national voice for autism service providers. While there are successful associations representing parents and self-advocates, the priorities of these groups may not always align with the needs of provider agencies, including the need to establish standards of care and treatment. CASP and its member organizations recognize that a failure to act may put the quality of autism services at risk. Consumers and payers are demanding results, and CASP has established standards that define quality care.

Powerback Pediatrics is thrilled to join a network of providers working towards the goals of: 

• Ensuring quality, safe and effective care
• Promoting continuous quality improvement
• Helping to ensure that the money spent for care and treatment is directed to the most effective, evidence-based practices
• Representing providers of care to government, payers, and the public
• Writing and sharing public policies that balance effective treatment and economic principles

As a CASP organization, Powerback Pediatrics team members will have access to a continuing education library, the CASP organizational guidelines, and the health insurance appeals guide so that we can continue to provide the best possible treatment for our clients and their families.
