My favorite part about the job is having fun while at work!
My favorite part about being a BCBA is the connections you make. Connecting with parents to understand what would be of social significance to work on in treatment and make a difference not only in their kids' lives, but all of those included such as grandparents, neighbors, friends, etc. A new diagnosis can be hard and scary, but I want to help support in any way I can offer!
My favorite part about being an RBT is seeing the progress that the patients make, and the positive impact that ABA has on their life!
